Abstract

This video explains the notion "Organisations are as good as its people" drawing from different really life cases. The presenters exaplains five espects of staffing: the manager's role and human resource planning; the relationship between organizing and staffing; the importance of job analysis, job description, and job specification in the staffing process; the manager's role in the recruitment process; and the manager's role in the selection; and finally the video looks at the steps in the selection process.
