Abstract

This video is looking at how to manage change and conflict within the organisation. It discusses the stages for managing change including: unfreezing, changing, and refreezing; and conflict including priorities; the three views of conflict including: traditional view point, behavioral view point, and modern or interactions view point. The video provides the manager's role in conflict management including: analyze, intensity of the conflict, strategies, reduce level, superordinate, uniting, resolve, compromise, confrontation.
