Abstract

The video looks at organizing as a major management function. The presenter looks at how organizing provides the structure of how the organization will achieve its goals. The video further looks at the two ways for organizing activities, including: homogeneous assignment and intimate association; and assigning activities and delegate authority; establishment of horizontal and vertical relationships.
