Abstract
Description
The presentation is about microprocessors. It focuses on some of the circuits like registers, counters and decoders that are formed by transistors in microprocessors. The presentation shows how the circuits work together to perform simple tasks. The following objectives are followed in the presentation;
1.Define commonly used microprocessor terms
2.Explain the purpose of typical microprocessor circuits
3.Trace the data flow that takes place between circuits during program execution
4.Describe the difference between inherent, immediate and direct addressing
5.Describe the data flow in direct addressing programs
